We're looking for a sharp, independent, and highly analytical Meta expert to join our growing Delivery team!
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role.You'll be the go-to person for everything Meta across our client portfolio: building strategy, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and ultimately cracking the code on how to drive meaningful growth through Meta's ecosystem.
You'll sit within the Delivery organization, working closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to deliver real results. If you're the kind of person who digs deep into data, thinks independently, and thrives on solving complex performance challenges - this role is for you.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and measurement
- Strong analytical mindset - you're comfortable working with data and turning numbers into actionable insights
- Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, BI/visualization tools, Excel) - you can pull and manipulate data independently
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision - you think for yourself and take ownership
- Excellent communication skills with a client-facing orientation - you can explain complex topics clearly and build trust with stakeholders
- Sharp problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS, adtech, or growth-focused environment - a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution models
- Background in performance marketing within an agency or client services setting
