Description

We are looking for a talented Data Operations Team Leader to join our Data team!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Data Operations Analysts that ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, optimizing processes, and building a scalable support framework. The Data Operations TL will oversee monitoring and alerting systems and collaborate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in leading Operations / Support / Monitoring teams, from a Saas company.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
  • Experience with managing incident management tools such as PagerDuty / OpsGenie or similar.
  • Solid understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and address issues effectively
  • Experience with logs collecting systems such as Kibana, Coralogix, Logz.io or similar.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
